Using a calm spell and bribing him up to the point that he doesn't attack you anymore is the simplest way to receive training from him, but alternatively you can use 100% Хамелеон and he will happily speak to you. Be aware that Qorwynn is hostile, and will attack you on sight. The Master Trainer for Enchant is Qorwynn in Indoranyon.
